The old saying is really true: you can’t make an omelette without breaking a few eggs. At Datacard Shop we do our best every day to keep our business in order. Nevertheless it can unfortunately happen that something goes wrong. A shipment is incorrect, our site has a hiccup or our product – unhoped for – does not meet your expectations.

It’s annoying and obviously something we want to remedy as quickly as possible. So if you have a complaint, let us know as soon as possible so that we can take action.
